1. What is Plumebox?
Plumebox is a monthly subscription box filled with premium, vegan beauty supplements designed to support skin glow, hair strength, nail health, and overall wellness — from the inside out.
2. Are all the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Every product in Plumebox is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never include anything that’s been tested on animals or contains animal-derived ingredients
3. What kind of supplements do you include?
Each box is tailored to beauty and wellness goals — from collagen-boosting blends (plant-based), to hair and nail support, to skin hydration formulas rich in hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and essential vitamins.
4. Can I choose what's in my box?
Not yet — but every box is curated by beauty and wellness experts to give you a balanced and powerful mix. In the future, we may offer personalized boxes or goal-based options!
5. When will I receive my box?
We ship out boxes within 2–4 business days after you subscribe. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on the way!
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to select countries. Please check the shipping options during checkout, or contact us if you're unsure whether we ship to your region.
7. Are your products safe?
All supplements are sourced from trusted manufacturers and tested for quality and safety. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions or take prescription medication.
8. What if I have allergies?
Each product in your box comes with a full ingredient list. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please read the packaging carefully and reach out to us if you're unsure.
